Event Information

Welcome to the tenth Accessibility Camp Bay Area! We will celebrate this milestone event at GitHub HQ in San Francisco Friday, May 30, from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Please be sure to register early as camp attendance will be capped at 90 participants to make it possible for everyone to learn and network comfortably. As we did last year, camp will run on a single-track, meaning you won't have to make tough choices between talks or switch between rooms. There will be up-to ten sessions lasting 30 minutes each. There will be a ten minute break between each session. To get a feel for what to expect, take a look at 2024's list of talks.

Focusing on users with different disabilities, sessions can cover digital accessibility topics from the web (technical to tactical), desktop software, mobile apps, eLearning, online gaming, open source innovations, and everything in between.

Regardless of your level of knowledge, this event is for you. It will be a great opportunity for members of the design/development, usability, accessibility, other IT and end-users with disabilities communities to interact and learn from each other. We recommend you browse the Frequently Asked Questions, especially if this is the first time you are joining us at camp.
